I haven't read the book or seen the movie but I read the spoiler of the book online. Obviously I'd need to actually read the book or watch the movie to understand but since I'm lazy I'll just ask you guys.
Why did Snape kill Dumbledore?
What does him being the Half-Blood Prince have to do with anything?
Why did he protect Harry earlier on in the series when Potter was weak and sort of vulnerable.

It's all about blood purity... and about the importance of getting enough iron in your diet.

He was waiting for Harry to grow big and strong.. and to go on to be president of the United States
For those who can't take a joke...

It has to do with the entire plot of the sixth and seventh book. Seriously.
DD asked him to.
DD was dying, anyway.
DD didnt' want Draco to lose his innocence.
Snape had to keep up appearances
Snape make an unbreakable vow to do what ever Draco had to do. Draco had to kill DD. Since DD was dying, anyway, DD asked Snape to do it so he wouldnt die.

Snape was the one who make the Potions book more accurate, he was a half-blood, like Voldemort... and that was the whole point of the entire book. Too bad you didnt read it.

Now that you know what happens... aren't you glad you asked instead of reading it all? _________________ thanks to Yasmine Stupidity is not a learning disability.
^ Girl, I like the way you explained everything... Your abbility to summarize makes me be less interested in literature. haha
I'd like to answer these questions too, but my answers are quite longer. In fact, so long that they will take 7 books to explain... Better idea to understand a book: actually read the book, not just the spoiler _________________ ░▒▒Ravenclaw▒▒░

Dumbledore was diening so he wanted snape to kill him so Snape looked to be back on voldy's side but in fact he was pretty much just a spy for the good guys.
Snape killed Dumbledore for numerous reasons. Here's a few:
Spoiler:
1. Dumbledore was dieing slowly, because of the ring horcux.
2. To convince/fool Voldemort that Snape was his #1 death eater.
3. To make sure Voldemort never got ahold of the Elder Wand.

Not to mention

4. Snape made the Unbreakable Vow to protect Draco by carrying out the deed.
its actually really facinating for those snape fans, and when you dont read the passages in the books your missing a lot, to me its important information but for the people who dont love snape as much as the people like me then the summarys are great and they are great for book repots
